These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations related to the use of the Plantbasedhouse.com portal, available at www.plantbasedhouse.com, owned by Internet Group d.o.o. Belgrade (the “Company”). Plantbasedhouse.com is an informational portal.

Plantbasedhouse.com enables the use of the portal in the manner and under the conditions described in these Terms.

These Terms form an integral part of the portal and constitute the provisions of the agreement concluded between: (1) Internet Group d.o.o. (the “Company”), and (2) each individual user of the Plantbasedhouse.com portal (the “User”).

By voluntarily using any part of the Plantbasedhouse.com portal, the User confirms that they are familiar with and accept these Terms.

Users are required to read these Terms regularly. It is deemed that, by continuous use of Plantbasedhouse.com or any part of it, Users are at all times familiar with the current rules and Terms, and that they fully understand them.

If you do not accept or agree with these Terms, do not use this internet portal or website.

User/Visitor: an individual who visits the internet portal www.plantbasedhouse.com.The User/Visitor may use the portal without registration. These Terms also bind unregistered Users/Visitors.

If incorrect contact details are provided, Internet Group d.o.o. is not responsible for loss of information and/or inability to deliver certain notices.

1. Obligations of the Contracting PartiesThe Company undertakes to provide Users with the services defined in these Terms, in the manner described herein, and in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

By accessing and using Plantbasedhouse.com, Users accept these Terms and thereby conclude an access-based agreement with the Company as a provider of information society services. These Terms apply to every access to the content of Plantbasedhouse.com. The User undertakes to comply with these Terms when using the portal.

The parties agree that, in order to fulfill the above obligations, it is necessary for the Company to collect, process, and store the User’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia. By accepting these Terms, each User confirms they are familiar with and accept the Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the Plantbasedhouse.com Portal and ServicesThrough Plantbasedhouse.com, the Company provides an information society service. No part of the portal may be used for unlawful purposes or to promote unlawful activities.

Internet Group d.o.o. enables visitors, in good faith, to use the content of Plantbasedhouse.com. All visitors may use the portal content free of charge, provided they do not breach the rules of use.

The portal consists of the Company’s own content, content of partners and advertisers, free content, content created by visitors, and links to external websites. Plantbasedhouse.com publishes content in good faith. Access to the portal and all its content is permitted to persons of any age.

3. Users and RegistrationUsers of Plantbasedhouse.com services include: (1) Visitors, and (2) Registered users (individuals or companies).

A Visitor is a person who accesses Plantbasedhouse.com without login or registration. Registered users are individuals and companies that register and log in on the platform. Use of Plantbasedhouse.com is free of charge for Visitors and registered users who are individuals.

During registration, users provide an email address (which serves as the username), create a password, and accept these Terms. The User is responsible for maintaining password confidentiality. A User may open only one user account unless the Company allows otherwise.

When using Plantbasedhouse.com, the Company may collect additional data (IP address, access time, device type, location, etc.) to improve user experience, prevent misuse, or conduct analytics.

If the User believes misuse or unauthorized use of their account has occurred, they must notify the Company. A registered user may deactivate their account at any time, without providing reasons or prior notice.

4. Newsletter DistributionNewsletters are sent by email only to Users/Visitors who have previously subscribed.

A User/Visitor may subscribe to receive the Plantbasedhouse.com newsletter from Internet Group d.o.o. After subscribing, we will send an email to the provided address requesting confirmation that you wish to receive the newsletter regularly. Only after you confirm via the link in the email will your email address be stored for newsletter delivery, and only for as long as you use our newsletter service. Your data will be automatically deleted if you do not confirm the subscription within 24 hours.

You may withdraw your consent to receive newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before withdrawal.

If we engage external partners for newsletter delivery, they are bound by contract in accordance with Article 45 of the Law on Personal Data Protection. Any further disclosure of data to third parties is excluded.

5. User-Generated ContentAll Users may leave anonymous comments. The Company does not influence the content of comments, does not edit, filter, add, or remove any part of the text, regardless of whether comments are positive or negative. The Company does not alter the originality or authenticity of comments.

Rules for Posting CommentsIt is prohibited to post unlawful, threatening, pornographic, or other content prohibited by law in comments under articles and texts on www.plantbasedhouse.com. This prohibition does not mean that Internet Group d.o.o. has an obligation to review all content posted on the portal, but it authorizes Internet Group d.o.o. to delete prohibited content.

Plantbasedhouse.com encourages commenting. Commenting is free, fast, and anonymous, but must comply with basic rules of commenting and civil conduct. All comments pass a quick pre-moderation before publication. Already published comments may be removed if later assessed as inappropriate or following a valid and credible complaint submitted by a third party. Each user must comply with the rules below.

Commenting Guidelines

We do not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, or other forms of hate speech, or any behavior that can be interpreted as such.

  • Do not insult people, especially based on sexual identity, religion, or nationality.
  • Any opinion that constitutes abuse, aggression, threats, or hate speech is considered offensive, even if expressed politely.
  • Do not promote violence or groups associated with violence.
  • If a public figure dies or is diagnosed with a serious illness, we recommend restraint and respect when commenting.

We support debate and criticism, but personal attacks will not be tolerated.

  • Do not disclose the names of other readers, harass other readers, or harass any other persons. You may critique ideas, but insults and threats are not allowed.
  • Do not demean anyone in any way.
  • Do not reveal someone’s real identity or personal data.
  • Inappropriate comments that may constitute a threat to anyone will be reported to competent state authorities.
  • Do not post comments that, intentionally or unintentionally, provoke an individual or group.
  • Do not use ALL CAPS or other disruptive techniques.
  • Do not repeat the same or similar comment repeatedly.

We reserve the right to remove any content or comment that is extremely offensive or threatening, and to limit or terminate discussions that devolve into meaningless abusive exchanges.

  • Do not do, write, or encourage anything unlawful.
  • If you copy a portion of another comment containing inappropriate content and include it in your comment, your comment may also be deleted.

We will remove comments that are clearly commercial or otherwise resemble spam.

  • Posting advertisements or external links that lead to ads, fraudulent websites, and similar content will result in deletion.
  • Do not infringe the rights of others (for example copyright, trademarks, or privacy).
  • Do not post any content containing a virus.

Violation of these rules may result in deletion of offending comments.

  • The content of published comments does not represent the opinion, decision, or position of Internet Group d.o.o. Comments reflect only the views of the User/Visitor.
  • You are solely responsible for the content and any copyright within your comment. Internet Group d.o.o. bears no liability toward third parties. If a third party files a claim for damages against Internet Group d.o.o., you will be required to join the proceedings on the Company’s side as an intervening party, provide all relevant evidence and information, and compensate any damage suffered by Internet Group d.o.o. due to your comment.
  • You do not need to register to leave a comment.

Reporting Abuse or Spam
Please report abuse. Our moderators actively remove inappropriate comments, but you can help by reporting any comments or behavior you consider inappropriate, and we will review them as soon as possible. Please do not send reports just because you disagree with someone’s opinion if it does not constitute abuse, aggression, threats, or hate speech. Attempts to flood or spam reports to censor other users will not be tolerated.

How to report an offensive comment or spam: Send an email to info@internetgroup.rs and our moderators will be notified and will review the comment carefully.

By posting a comment, you expressly agree to these Terms of Use, of which these commenting rules form an integral part.

6. Accessing External Websites via Plantbasedhouse.comLinks posted on www.plantbasedhouse.com that lead to other websites are provided for information purposes only. Internet Group d.o.o. has not reviewed and is not responsible for the content of those websites. If you choose to access any such website, you do so at your own risk.

7. Unauthorized UseThe www.plantbasedhouse.com portal is intended solely to inform Users/Visitors. Search engines are free to list information about the existence of and references to this portal as search results.

Without written permission from Internet Group d.o.o., it is not permitted to use, copy, monitor, display, and/or download any content or information, software, or services available on www.plantbasedhouse.com for any commercial activity or any other commercial purpose.

8. Limitation of LiabilityUsers/Visitors use www.plantbasedhouse.com at their own risk. Internet Group d.o.o. is not and cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental damage or lost profits arising from, or in any way connected with, www.plantbasedhouse.com, websites accessed via the portal, and/or any content or information posted on the portal. The sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with using this portal is to stop using it.

Content on Plantbasedhouse.com, or any part of it, cannot be considered an offer or invitation to purchase any assets or rights, nor can it be considered sufficient information for making significant personal, financial, or business decisions.

Users/Visitors use all published content at their own responsibility. Internet Group d.o.o. and the Plantbasedhouse.com portal cannot be considered liable for any damage resulting from use of published content.

The Company also publishes partner and advertiser content, free content, and visitor-generated content, which is clearly marked. Internet Group d.o.o. and the Plantbasedhouse.com portal bear no responsibility for third-party content.

This limitation of liability applies to any damage that may arise due to errors and defects, service interruptions, system failures, unauthorized access to data, activities contrary to these Terms, and similar circumstances. Due to force majeure, technical issues, or system maintenance, the Plantbasedhouse.com platform may be temporarily unavailable or available only to a limited extent.

In no event shall Internet Group d.o.o. be liable for failure of the service, or for disruptions, delays, or interruptions caused by influences beyond the Company’s control that could not have been foreseen, prevented, or avoided, including (without limitation) work stoppages, strikes, accidents, technical disturbances, software or hardware failures, unrest, wars, decisions of competent authorities, and similar events. In such cases, the Company will use best efforts consistent with business practice to restore proper service as soon as possible.

9. Copyright and Intellectual PropertyVisual or graphic signs displayed on www.plantbasedhouse.com are registered trademarks and intellectual property of Internet Group d.o.o. Unauthorized use of such visual or graphic signs is not permitted.

Internet Group d.o.o., as the owner of Plantbasedhouse.com, holds copyright in the visual identity, source code, databases, and all textual, photo, video, audio, software, and other published content, unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized use of any part of the portal constitutes a copyright infringement and may be subject to legal action.

An individual, company, or organization may reproduce and use, in part or in full, only the textual content from www.plantbasedhouse.com under the following conditions: the republisher must clearly state the source and the URL leading to the original content on www.plantbasedhouse.com, immediately before publishing the text on their media. Reused content must include the author’s full name (where available) and the signature “Plantbasedhouse.com” with a link to the original text on Plantbasedhouse.com, with a mandatory “do follow” attribute. Violation of any of these conditions constitutes a copyright infringement and is subject to legal liability.

10. Partial InvalidityIf any provision of these Terms is declared null, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If amendment is not possible, that provision shall not apply, while the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

11. Force MajeureInternet Group d.o.o., the Plantbasedhouse.com portal, and Users shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or failure to perform under these Terms caused by force majeure.

Force majeure means extreme and extraordinary events beyond the control of the contracting parties, which could not have been foreseen or prevented by the party affected by force majeure.

12. JurisdictionBy accessing www.plantbasedhouse.com and accepting these Terms, you accept and agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade for any dispute that may arise in connection with this portal, its employees, officers, telecommunications or content service providers.

13. ComplaintsPlantbasedhouse.com provides an information society service, and therefore it is not possible to submit a complaint regarding the performed service.

The information society service provided by the Company is deemed fully performed because the provision of the service begins after the user’s explicit prior consent to use it.

14. Final ProvisionsFor matters not regulated by these Terms, the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia shall apply. In the event of a dispute, the Company and the User undertake to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If unsuccessful, the dispute may be resolved in court before the competent court in Belgrade.

The Company reserves the right to amend and supplement these Terms. The new version will be published on Plantbasedhouse.com and may be sent to registered users by email. You are advised to check the applicable Terms when accessing www.plantbasedhouse.com, as their provisions will be binding on you.

These Terms enter into force on the day they are published on Plantbasedhouse.com.
